Meditation Classes

General Programme classes that are suited to everyone from those people with some experience to complete beginners.  Each class is guided by a qualified Teacher and will include two guided meditations. 

  • No need to have previous experience – everybody welcome!
  • These are drop-in classes and you can attend at any stage in the series.

Facility Fee for all classes: RM10 per class

Easy meditations for beginners.

 

These classes consist of simple guided instructions with quiet spaces for you to focus on the object of meditation and experience the inner peace to which the meditation gives rise.

Meditations for a Joyful Life with Belinda Ho

Tuesdays 8.00-9.30pm

Secrets of Happiness with Gen-la Khyenrab

Thursdays 8.00-9.30pm

In this busy world, our experiences of happiness are fleeting and short-lived, while inner peace eludes us completely.  Our negative states of mind such as uncontrolled desire and anger, create endless problems for ourselves and others and prevent us from fulfilling our deepest wishes.  Buddha’s popular teachings on love and patience offer clear and simple solutions guiding us to an oasis of peace within our hearts.
