We Offer Study and Meditation Programmes in Modern Buddhism.
Modern Buddhism is a special presentation of Buddha’s teachings. This new presentation perfectly captures the simple essence of Buddha’s teachings in a way that everyone can understand and practise in daily life to bring about profound inner change.
Choose from meditation classes, daytime meditation classes, weekend courses, meditation retreats and study programmes in Modern Buddhism, including a Foundation Training Programme and regular chanted prayers.
Weekly Meditation Classes
Weekly classes offer guided meditations and Buddhist teachings that are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. Please feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis.
