We Offer Study and Meditation Programmes in Modern Buddhism.
Modern Buddhism is a special presentation of Buddha’s teachings. This new presentation perfectly captures the simple essence of Buddha’s teachings in a way that everyone can understand and practise in daily life to bring about profound inner change.

Choose from meditation classes, daytime meditation classes, weekend courses, meditation retreats and study programmes in Modern Buddhism, including a Foundation Training Programme and regular chanted prayers.


Weekly Meditation Classes

Weekly classes offer guided meditations and Buddhist teachings that are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. Please feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis.

These 3 or 4-week course offer various practical solutions with Buddhist wisdom for our daily life, with Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Rabka.

Apr 5-8 at Johor Bahru, Malaysia

Join us in this year’s Southeast Asian Dharma Celebration with special guest Teacher and National Spiritual Director for Kadamdharma in Southeast Asia, Gen Kelsang Rabten. During this event, Gen Rabten will grant the blessing empowerment of Buddha Amitayus and give teachings on The New Eight Steps to Happiness.

Nyungne Purification & Fasting Retreat

This special purification and fasting practice is performed together with prayers and prostrations to the Thousand-Armed Avalokiteshvara: the Buddha of Compassion. It is very powerful for purifying negativity and strong delusions and also a special method for receiving blessings.
