Time: 10.00am – 4.30pm

This popular one day meditation retreat on simple meditations is not to be missed. If you are looking to experience the power of meditation to calm and bring peace to your busy mind, then this one day course can give you an insight.

Breathing meditation, for example, helps to calm the mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing. There will also be opportunities to be guided on other simple meditations during the day.

The classes consist of simple guided instructions with quiet spaces for you to focus on the object of meditation and experience the inner peace to which the meditation gives rise.

Timetable:

Session 1 10.00am – 11.00am
Session 2 11.30am – 12.30pm
Session 3 2.00pm – 3.00pm
Session 4 3.30pm – 4.30pm
